Carolyn is one of the partners at Hewsons Executive Coaching. She has 26 years of experience in management and has spent a total of 34 years working in businesses, her own and others. Richard has been an executive coach for over 15 years and is empathetic,

Bruce Davis is one of Hewsons’ most experienced coaches and is based in Melbourne.
He is a skillful communicator with a passion for what people can accomplish when they work together. Over the past 30 years he has earned himself a reputation as a respected and dynamic trainer and educator.
Bruce considers that his training in being able to get the best out of people began when the late and great Norm Smith coached him as a 16-year-old with the South Melbourne Football Club. As a young man that experience shaped the foundation for a life committed to empowering people and training them to accomplish their dreams and goals. In the 1990’s he began a career as a professional trainer with one of the world’s largest training and development companies and over the next 17 years he traveled throughout Australia, New Zealand and Japan training people in leadership, team building and communication.
Bruce’s greatest strength is working with people to create opportunities for them to excel. Dennis has held senior executive roles for over 30 years, primarily with Australia’s largest retailer, successfully managing sales and profit budgets exceeding $1.5 billion per annum. Deborah is our Perth based Executive Coach and has over 30 years’ international experience educating, training and mentoring women leaders in business, government, the arts, politics and the community.
She has trained and coached over ten thousand people, mentoring and coaching executives and leaders of government agencies, companies and community-based organisations in education, industry, women’s development, public health and international development in the UK, USA, Europe, Australia and Asia. Her client base is diverse, ranging from executives and Board members of multinationals like Shell, PwC, Ford, Esso and P&O, to agencies like the Arts Council of Australia.
Deborah is passionate about the development of human potential. Her core belief is that every person has abilities that are distinct. Her clients are able to identify their unique strengths and talents, build new capacities for themselves and live into all they can be.

Joanne operates as our Office Manager and Administrator. She brings 20 years of diversity and experience in administration, sales and business management. She has owned and operated a small business in the retail industry and was an Operations Manager for a textiles wholesaler throughout Australia and South East Asia.
Joanne has worked as a Sales Manager in the Travel industry for Tourism NSW and Qantas as well as Account Manager for an Executive Travel Management company. She also enjoyed a successful career as a real estate agent in the Lower North Shore of Sydney. In recent years Joanne has consulted to an Event Management Company coordinating, recruiting and training staff for large-scale events including the Sydney Royal Easter Show.
Joanne is passionate about her family life and is an active member in her children’s local school community in The Hills district. She loves travelling to exciting new destinations, reading, meditation, yoga and skiing.
