Integrity Leadership Seminar Series

Hewsons held the first of a series of Integrity Leadership Seminars on Thursday July 28th at the Observatory Hotel Sydney. Attended by over 30 CEO's, MD's, senior HR, Financial executives and journalists, the seminar featured guest speaker, Bob Kemp, General Manager of P&O Nedlloyd talking about how Integrity Leadership had transformed the senior executive team and staff - resulting in a 25% profit increase in 12 months.

Richard Hewson, Managing Director of Hewsons International, also shared some valuable insights into how handling subtle 'Profit Limiting Excuses' raises executive self-worth and lifts corporate profits - 'The Integrity: Profit Chain'.

Feedback on the event was overwhelmingly positive primarily due to the interactive format where attendees had the opportunity to clearly identify the subtle profit limiting excuses used by many in their organisations and the how to overcome them - an exercise that people found particularly helpful.
