Executive Coaching

Our Executive Coaching programmes are tailored to the needs and circumstances of each individual and are structured around specific modules, KPIs, triangular meetings and regular feedback mechanisms.

Our coaches have a minimum of 10 years experience and 20,000 hours of coaching time.


Leadership Team Development

Our Leadership Team Development programmes are designed to assist teams to rapidly shift from being a Team of Champions into being a Championship Team, whilst simultaneously developing each individual’s capacity to lead.

We have discovered that the impact on individual and team performance that results from working with a leadership team as a team significantly transcends what’s possible when the individuals in that team are developed either singularly or in groups.

Our Leadership Team facilitators have a minimum of 20 years experience gained by working around the world with tens of thousands of people.


Group Workshops

Our group workshops were developed as a response to the hundreds of CEO’s and Managing Directors who told us that they want to share the tools and strategies they learned in their executive coaching with others in their organisations. The group workshops can be utilised for management, supervisory or departmental groups.
