Joe held the accountability of Divisional Director in the USA for one of the world's largest training and development companies.  Joe has worked in senior management, delivering programmes and coaching both in Australia and the USA.

Over 12 years, Joe has led programmes to over 10,000 people and has successfully coached hundreds of people in areas such as leadership, communication, effectiveness, relationships, career development and producing extraordinary results. He was also responsible for training over 500 coaches in Australia and the USA.
