It is common to encounter politics, one-upmanship, competitiveness and other forms of dysfunctionality in leadership teams and organisations. I like this article because it gives a simple view of the role ego plays in these scenarios and the possibility of going beyond individuals becoming conscious and responsible for their egos to an entire organisation taking on becoming conscious. I have read the book referred to in the article and highly recommend it to anyone taking on their leadership development or the development of their leadership teams.
